FEATURED NEWS
“I am honoured to be one of five specialists chosen to share fresh perspectives on workplace culture this May. I’ll be presenting my latest research: Systems That Cause Harm in the Workplace and How to Make It Better.”
Building the Foundation for a Better Workplace
As part of AHRI’s ‘5 Voices to Inspire,’ I show HR leaders how to bridge the gap between current challenges and a cohesive future. My research provides the roadmap to transition away from harmful systems toward a more inspiring, human-centric way of working.
This research explores how organisational systems can unintentionally cause harm — and how evidence-informed design can create mentally healthy, high-performing workplaces.
I believe workplace wellbeing is an operational priority and a leadership responsibility. My work sits at the intersection of prevention and potential—helping organisations move beyond “compliance” to create environments where people truly want to show up, contribute, and stay.Leading the Change
As the founder of DevelopMental, I partner with Australian leaders to strengthen mentally healthy workplaces. Whether through psychosocial safety reviews, strategy sessions, or leadership workshops, I help translate complex policy into lived behaviour. My approach is grounded in ISO 45003 standards and Australian WHS legislation, ensuring that responsible governance becomes a foundation for peak performance.
Beyond systems, I am deeply committed to the person within the structure. As a resilience coach and the founder of the Courageous Women Global Community, I help professionals rebuild confidence and move forward with purpose. By aligning clear systems with capable leadership, I help both organisations and individuals reach their highest potential.
